– Que Vo Industrial Park 1 is a typical industrial park of Que Vo district, Bac Ninh province. The project was invested and developed by Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation in 2002. With a total area of up to 600 hectares, the IP has been attracting domestic and foreign investors, especially big companies like Canon, Foxconn, Mitac, DK UIL, Nippon Steel, Toyo Ink, Tenma, VS Group, Sentec, Nippon Zoki, Bujeon, Long tech, Youngbo, Goertek….

– Que Vo 01 Industrial Park is located next to National Highway 18 (the route from Noi Bai International Airport to Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province), the National Highway 1 and the railway of Ha Noi – Bac Ninh – Cai Lan port. It is about 30 km from Noi Bai Airport, 33 km from the center of Hanoi capital, 120 km from Hai Phong seaport, 110 km from Cai Lan deep-water seaport (Quang Ninh) and 125km from Viet Trung Border Gate (Lang Son Province).

II. Infrastructure and services

+ Power supply station: Power is supplied from national grid through 110/22KV transformer station with capacity of 48MVA.

+ Water supply station: Water treatment station with the first phase capacity of 6,000m3/day.

+ Telecommunication system: Telecommunication system reaches the international standard 

+ Wastewater treatment: Waste water treatment station with the capacity of 6,000 m3/day.

+ Fire protection: The industrial park is installed with fire prevention and fighting system in strict compliance with national regulations. Fire hydrants are installed at the internal traffic hubs, and at all factories to ensure effective protection of the whole area from fire and explosion incidents.

+ Services: Police station, polyclinic, banks, logistic center, post office, worker house…

III. Rental price and tax incentivesTerm: The operating period of Tien Son Industrial Park is 50 years from the day its Investment certificate was issued.

In the process of leasing land, investors can sublease or re-transfer to other investors.

Land rental price (with infrastructure): 85 USD / m2 / project life;

Industrial park management fee 0.35 USD /m2 /year, factory rent 68 USD / m2.

Waste water treatment fee and solid waste treatment fee (according to the regulations of the Provincial People’s Committee and the Management Board of the Industrial Park)
